BuyCarFloorMats utilizes UPS for all of our shipping needs.  We do not charge customers until the product ships and always try to ship within 48 hours of order placement. All shipping is free at BuyCarFloorMats, so the price you see is the total price you pay with no additional charges for shipping or handling. 

All of our products are custom made to order, thus making returns very difficult. If the floor mats are defective in any way we will replace them at no cost to the customer. If a mistake is made by our floor mat team we will also replace the mats with what was originally ordered. For all other returns other than defects or production mistakes, please call us and we will work with each customer on an individual basis to make sure every customer is satisfied.
