BuyCarFloorMats utilizes UPS for all of our shipping needs.  Most all orders ship within 48 hours of order placement.

All of our products are custom made to order, thus preventing returns. If the floor mats are defective in any way we will exchange them at no cost to the customer. If a mistake is made by us in the production process will also exchange the mats for the ones that were ordered. For all other returns, you can send the mats back to us to be shredded and we will credit back 50% of the cost of the order. If you have a return please call us at 770-919-1433 or send an email to sales@southerncarparts.com and we will work with each customer on an individual basis to make sure every customer is satisfied.
